2. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabrics.
3. Damages caused to powder coating, gold plating on locks, frames, channels and all other metallic surfaces.
4. Damage caused during travel or luggage transfer.
4. The company will replace the defective piece at its own discretion and the applicability of the warranty.
5. The company is free to change product specifics at its own discretion.
6. The warranty excludes every condition not expressed or set herein.
7. The company's damage liability shall be restricted up to replacement and shall not exceed the price paid by the customer after discounts apply.
8. Kindly provide the relevant cash memo, order invoice or warranty card along with the defective item as proof of your purchase while submitting a warranty claim.
9. The company will arrange for the pickup of the defective item on serviceable pin codes. For non-serviceable pin codes, the defective item must be delivered by the user at their own cost.
