Dried out product sent

Product received was dried out and not usable. Couldn't return it as opened it after few days .Not expected from Sugar .Wasted my money .

It was a half dried up product and the colour was also very faded when i tried applying

Black eyeliner pen

Product sent is a dried out eyeliner which is not working .This is very surprising and this has never happened before. I opened it few days later as i was still using the previous one .Sugar products are supposed to be quality products and this is definitely not expected and definitely not acceptable.
