Don’t want to buy anything again from sugar cosmetics.

I ordered 3 lipsticks from sugar and it said I’ll get one free lipstick too as a gift of first purchase but I only got2 lipsticks and also the gift was not there. I didn’t like sugar cosmetics and I don’t even know what is the hype is all about.
