How to Get the Most Out of It
For the cleanest waterline application: look upward, gently pull your lower eyelid down, and apply in small, short strokes from the inner corner outward. Don't tug. For a smokier look, apply slightly outside the waterline and blend with a smudge brush while still fresh. Pair with SUGAR's liquid liner for a full eye look that stays through the day.
